Got told some stuff yesterday that I found interesting.

Guido Burgstaller was not a player that Ole signed but was a recommendation by an agent to Vincent Tan and Tan signed him for Ole.

In the summer the club turned down a 'bigger offer' for Mats Daehli from a German club than we have agreed to sell Mats for now.

Cala was another player that was signed for Ole but not an Ole signing.

Tan still meddling with footballing matters then. I wonder if we'll see more signs of this in January.

Annis. On Burgstaller i dont beleive it is true. Burgstaller have been on Oles radar for a while from what i remember him saying. Also, Burgstaller have been holding talks with the club through Solbakken witch is the agent management behind Ole and the one under investigation. The FIFA statement on that is delayed sometime into the new year according to NFF.

You might be right,but the person who told me,knew Ole very very well. I know about the investigation and its still on going.
Your right on the fee for Daehli, City did turn it down.

Considering Tan apparently hates agents and their fees, and he is leading a one man mission to investigate them all, he certainly sounds like he has done a fair bit of business with them directly himself doesn't it?

What are you getting at ?
If tan signed these players and he picks the team why haven't they been picked? Why do most fans believe these 2 (ex matts) will be sold in the transfer window.

If Tan signed cala and burgstaller and tan picks the team then why aren't they playing and instead being frozen out.

Annis i really wouldnt be supprised if what you heard was true, but its a great tactic when a manager is looking for a job to lay your worst signings onto the chairman. Im sure if we were flying high and cala, daehli and burgstaller were all starting and playing well, Ole would be lording them around as his signings and nothing to do with Tan.

But its all history now. Lets just focus on getting ourselves an owner who wants to support the club and can financially look after us

This is something i have thought for a long time Annis.

Cala and Burgstaller are both good players imo BUT they were not the type of players i have seen Ole buy for his style earlier. I was also very suspicious to the signing of Dikgacoi who were not the type of player that fits into his team from how it was in Molde.

Ole usually buys players who are up and coming (Adeyemi,Dæhli,Macheda) or those who have the potential inside but haven`t gotten it out at top level (Jones, Le Fondre, Fabio, Manga)
