Not interested in performances or if we climb the league. It's all about getting our identity back and getting Vinny tw*t out.

Can you see that happening Annis? I honestly can't.

Yes and by a good score to keep up with Goal Difference as we are in minus doesn't mean loads but it will make us look better in the table :bluescarf:

It was like that before tonight.

But tonight shows everyone on equal games and the table is now fully updated,no one can say games in hand etc etc

Ned,Under Slade & Young I can only see us going further down the table.

Nukes If it meant our full Identity returned and we had to accept relegation for it,I would take it now :thumbright: :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

It hasn't got any worse though. At least the top sides won and the likes of Leeds and Wigan lost so not a bad night in some ways.
You're right though in that the focus for us now is looking down as any faint promotion chance died some time ago.

It has got worse tonight, if u were Tan as we are getting further away in points from the teams above us.

With our fixtures coming up its dramatic. No escaping that! We need to find some form.

Then Tan must be the only lunatic out there who honestly believes we had any chance of promotion. If he is serious about promotion then surely he will be sacking slade ASAP. He won't of course as his ego won't allow it and the truth is he doesn't give a shit about Cardiff City any more and will string us along until the right offer comes in.

After the next set of fixtures we could drop 5 places, that is a high possibility.

We have a tough January and could quit easily be close to the relegation spots. My fear is if we are that close and we have new players on board it could be too much pressure applied for the newcomers to overcome. We need a cushion for them to settle in.

Re: " BLOODY HELL/AFTER TONIGHT "

Tue Dec 30, 2014 11:48 pm

It is sad but what ever it takes for tan to leave ill take it.

If that means going down then so be it.

Re: " BLOODY HELL/AFTER TONIGHT "

Tue Dec 30, 2014 11:49 pm

Why be so dramatic! My previous 2 posts stated the obvious. With the January fixtures coming we are in a real shit. Irrespective of any new players coming in, they have to adjust as well. They will be doing this when there is no leadership on the field and confidence is completely shattered. In addition, players leaving the club will demoralise those that are there.

Get Hudson back now. It won't cost much at today's rate. If this us impossible we will need to make Turner captain. Then we have to play Connolly besides him as Morrisson will be ripped start by players like Jerome. Then we must play 451 with at least 2 runners/dogs in the middle supported by Pilkington/Harris and Noone. One lone striker up front. Take your pick on that one.

By this reasoning Annis, the lower we get & the lower we finish in the league table the worse is it for Tan.
I believe we have no chance of promotion so I'd prefer us to end up 4th from bottom if it helps the bigger picture. This scenario wouldn't bother me in the slightest & I can never, ever remember me saying that before.

Good headline but slanted for effect. why not put it in context instead of sensationalising it? 8 from bottom 3 but 9 from top 6!! doesn't matter about games coming up facts are same from promotion as to relegation? :laughing6:

Allan, because the gap is closing on the bottom 3 and widening on the top 6 a fact.

Re: " BLOODY HELL/AFTER TONIGHT "

Wed Dec 31, 2014 3:51 pm

top 6 is the target for the club IMO. we are 9 points off 6th, and that is attainable, though in the current run of form 3 wins away seems an awful lot. when you are in a poor run of form every game looks tough, and slade has his work cut out to get us back to winning ways.

relegation is very unlikely. fans always catastrophise after poor results, but in the cold light of day there are many teams worse than us, despite how much the fans seem to dislike slade.
