Your probably right. I'd like to see fabio stay though and I'm not sure why burgerstaller hasn't been given a look in, I know we can't play everyone but to me from the few games I did see of him he looked suited to the championship, tall, strong and hard working with a decent left foot. We've been told guerras attitude is the reason he's been shunned but burgerstaller seems to have just been forgotten about!

I have been undecided with fabio but if he is a high earner then get rid as Declan is quite similar can't defend decent going forward. Not that I prefer Declan but from a value of money point of view its a no brainer. If high earners are irreplaceable then you keep them but nobody on that list falls in to that category so time to go and save a few quid.

How much is Jones on?

If Tan want people off the wage bill and Slade want to play 4-4-2. Why isn't Gunnar and Whitts on that list? Jones or Macheda. Turner or Dikgacoi? Maybe then we would be talking philosophy and cutting costs. This is just peanuts, and some actually useful cheap squad players.

Surely aim is for Prem football for Tan?

Brayford should be on that list and macheda possibly gunnarsson aswell

Macheda probably earns more than half of these guys and is not exactly irreplaceable

But surely the point isn't just to trim the squad. It an exercise of playing philosophy, wages and value of the players.
No point keeping Brayford or Fabio if he wants ultra defensive fullbacks. No point keeping Whittingham or Gunnarsson if we play 4-4-2. What does that add up to? 100-120k wages and 8-10 millions In fees? When is any thought going to be put into this club?

If he wants them off the wage bill that's fair enough, Would like to keep Fabio.

Who do you think will come in Carlos?

I'd add Macheda and Jones to that list. Both probably very high earners and both a waste of space imo.
I'd like to keep Fabio too, at least he gives it a go every time he plays.
I wouldn't be surprised if there's a shock exit too in January, my money's on Marshall.

I am just going off what is on the list, your quite right and macheda would be first on it.
