Rebrand aside, What did we all expect this season? We heard all this talk about us having the best ever squad available and even our second team could win this devision? For me I honestly saw us finishing no higher than mid table, the Championship has always been a tough devision to get out of, it took us over 10 years to get promoted to the Premiership after years of trying.
The disappointment for me at this present time is the players don't look like they care and have lost the passion for a fight. I frequently look over to the dug out and see Slade in the tech box, but he reminds me of Dave Jones a bit with his arms crossed not looking very interested, we have Young constantly behind him trying to get his views across, to me it seems that they have lost the dressing room already and we are going through the motions, no real game plan, stuck with the old 4-4-2 and constantly playing long balls up field hoping for a flick on or break through which rarely happen.
If in the next few weeks we do get a new manager the first thing on the list would be to appoint a new captain, no disrespect to David Marshall I is always going to be hard to take this on being a goalkeeper, again he made some very important saves on Sunday, but we now need an outside player to take this on and get the team organised and show the passion that Mark Hudson has shown over the years.

At the start of the season we had a manager who had proved to be nothing but a donkey, yet there were clueless city fans who fought we were going to blitz this league. Tan was also getting praise of them fans as being a fantastic owner because the stadium got extended and 2 spanish teams played there. You couldn't make it up.

I hoped we would scramble enough points to avoid relegation this season, and then try to establish ourselves as a decent average championship side over the next five years or so, and try and stay in the championship, where as a club I just about think we belong
