Now is the time to sack Managers who are not capable and get the best Managers available for the transfer window.......

Tan won't sack Slade because it will make himself look incompetent by appointing a manager clearly not up to the job. But we all know Tan's management of Cardiff City FC has been nothing short of incompetent from day one.

Alan Pardew is understood to have returned to Newcastle United’s training ground to say goodbye to players and staff.

Pardew looks set to take over at Crystal Palace in the coming days and after talks in the capital with Eagles supremo Steve Parish, he has made the trip back to Tyneside to say farewell.

Pardew spoke to players and staff at the training ground after working at the club for the last four years.

The Londoner put media men off the scent by entering the club’s Benton HQ via the the club’s Academy training area.
