Yesterday's official attendance figure.

About 16,000 if that.

What are they going to do next season when there are only about 4000 season ticket holders they can add to the true figure?

To be fair I think all clubs do the same. The announcement is how many tickets are sold, so that obviously includes season ticket holders who haven't turned up.
But you are right, it does sound like a joke when you can see just how empty the stadium is. The announcement got quite a reaction in the canton anyway!

I have made this point following up another topic, but I truly believe that there is no need to buy a season ticket for next season. Simply pay for a cheapest price ticket for matches you wish to attend. Remember, you can sit almost anywhere in a less than half-full stadium. In this instance, if you get fed up with the poor quality football and choose not to attend, at least you won't be included in an incorrect attendance total along with saving money on games you don't fancy.
I have been a loyal fan for many a year, but I am losing the loyalty to a club that fails to respect its fans.

NO POINT IN BUYING A SEASON TICKET!!!!
