Where do we go from here?

The question begs so many different answers. Personally, I think we're in so much trouble.
We have a chairman who is totally unpredictable in his decisions and comments. Seems to have no respect or consideration to our very loyal, passionate fans.
A manager who appears to be way out of his depth, and stuck in his "old school" ways. Our team is being dominated week in, week out. And this clearly down to tactics and formations, he seems rather stubborn and doesn't take responsibility.
A squad of players who appear to be just going through the motions happy to pick up their rather lucrative weekly salary.
And ofcourse, a massive divide amongst the fans over several matters eg Rebrand, managerial choice, team selection, protests etc
Results of late have been absolutely dire, and we are in free fall right now. Personally, I can't see Slade making the signings in January to keep us safe let alone reach play offs. But do we go for another manager?
If so, now is the time to do it.
Or will another sacking cause further disruption, stability amongst the squad?
I'm not saying we should, but time is running out, and fast.
Would love to hear everyone else's opinion on the season, the manager, and where we go or where we appear to be heading!

a new manager would not solve the clubs problems, the club is rotten from the inside out: from the management, owner, divided fan base, and a set of overpaid and under performing players.
basically, the short term future of this club under tan is to sleepwalk to mid table mediocrity. slade must be professional and do his job and try to finish as high as possible, but its quickly become a very difficult job, possibly even an impossible job.
looking forwards to january, the right signings could give the club a bit of a kick start. but i've got no idea what to expect, we don't need league 1 players, that would certainly test my patience with slade
