You say that if Slade is here next year he will takes us down. No. He will take us down now and we are in freefall and our January fixtures are dreadful. If Wigan or Brighton win tomorrow, we are only 8 points off the 3rd relegation place. So don't worry about this year - we are in trouble NOW.
Tan won't change this year at least on every front. So we need somehow to get a leader on the pitch to organise things. With Manga now away we should make TUrner captain. Secondly, we need to play 451 with 3 central midfielders and 2 wide players like Harris and Noone supporting Jones.
Lastly, before every game we need a Perry or a Dwyer in that changing room telling them all what it EXACTLY means to be a Cardiff City player and they didn't play over 800 games between them in blue and give and take hard knocks to see players giving less than 100% for their club and fans who travel the length and breadth of the country to support them. They take anything less as a personal insult.
