Why do people still turn up?

Every time I log on here I see people complain about how they don't feel the connection any more, haven't for some time, the football and atmosphere is shit etc etc etc.
Nothing is forcing you to go to every single game, I know people want value for the money they paid for their season tickets so will go to games, but you certainly won't find any value there. May as well well cheap to a friend, make some money back and they can go on the cheap, win win.
If you want to make an impression, don't go, simple as. I haven't been down there since the last game last season and don't plan on going until the Brighton game for the protest.
