Perhaps someone should print a few thousand A4 banners and hand them out to whoever wants one before a game. They would never be able to confiscate all them.

Yea the lads behind me had it the stewards were jickingng right off it got passed around the stand unroll some knob threw it down to the steward

How about printing one letter per A4 banner & organising fans who sit next to each other to hold up one letter each spelling TAN OUT ?

...or 2 banners: one with TAN, one with OUT
