Never worked out why a manager about to be sacked by the Cockney giants Leyton Orient was ever appointed.Tan is playing the club as his toy can only be the answer to this,pressure may result in his sacking but who next? Worrying thought.

He needs to go now before more talented players leave, he is going to try to build a squad to survive in the championship not win it.
We need players capable of lower level premiership or we will come straight back down.

Easy answer. We need a manager who has experience, can alternate formations when the need arises, gets the best out of their players, has a plan b and makes sound selections.

Noddy has taken us as far as he can. It wasn't a Merry Christmas for anyone so I reckon we should get rid of the turkey before he does any more damage in the transfer market!

Look where Orient are now,most of that is down to Slade and they are a division below.
