missed todays game

Sun Dec 28, 2014 5:00 pm

After 49 years of following the bluebirds, I took the decision to miss todays game in preference to going for a walk on aberavan beach with my family, and boy did it hurt!
I will be boycotting the fa cup game along with others who choose to protest also.

As much as I hate the rebrand and will be protesting along with others, I am not sure if I can miss another game, sounds stupid I know, but you might say that since my first game in December 1964, I was hooked and still would rather watch my team than miss a game.

I will go along with all protests, and if there is a protest to miss a match I will, but I will still be supporting Cardiff city football club - my club.

Vincent Tan has drove me/us to despair and would never have thought I could miss a game, it is now him or me as far as I am concerned and I appeal to ALL supporters to protest to rid ourselves of this dictatorial lunatic before he destroys our club fully.

Rant over chaps

Bluebird till I die. :bluescarf: :old:

If I was living in South Wales I would struggle to boycott as well.

If we are all together then yes whatever is decided. I hope for the likes of you there is a unity.

i didnt go today, along with all the off the field stuff, the football has been dire, so stayed home, cut my toe nails :o and had a few beers watching sky news, in the warm, just not worth spending money down there at the moment, this is my weekly entertainment watching the city, give 110% and lose. thats ok im happy, give 5% and get 20,000 for it is taking the piss out of me :x

I missed for no real reason also, although the stats (attendance figure) will suggest I was there. Season Ticket for last 11 seasons with kids and random seasons before that. First game 1972 and a regular since, I haven't been enjoying the match day experience, I can handle us losing, but don't expect to have to watch the dross that's being served up and hate the way we are always in the news for the wrong reasons.
VT you keep stating you are an honourable man, if that really is the case, do the right thing before it's too late.
