In 12 league games under Slade our quality of football has been nothing short of woeful, controlling possession just once with 51% and are averaging 44% a game.

If that isn't a sign of the ineptitude of 4-4-2 and Slade not understanding what is going wrong I don't know what is.

People keep saying possession doesn't win football but I think it tells a tale. Continuously not having the ball means we will struggle.
