Doesn't stop Slade changing it though does it? I voted Marshall on here, but our side lacks natural leaders. Only Gunnarson or Turner seem like leaders

I'm no footballer but knowing your captain is no where near you on the field surely has an impact?.
I don't like him but Turner is a load mouth. Why not him.

It has an impact with refs surely. If you have a captain who is around the ref in his ear at every decision it's surely going to have an impact

Its what bellamy was so good at.Every club seems to have a player whose job is to harass the officials.I agree Turner should be captain

Exactly. Look at how Kevin Nolan, Wayne Rooney and a few others are in the refs face as soon as he gets a decision wrong. We are too soft
