protest plans disappoint

Wed Dec 24, 2014 4:51 pm

After thinking about the recent protest plans I'm quite disappointed with their lack of aggression. There are no new ideas and nothing we haven't done before.

March to the ground and take blue scarfs and flags in? Those of us who still care do this every game and I thought the general consensus was that it was time to push it to the next level.

Was there no mention or agreement on the no blue no renew? Or the template letter to go with the boycott? This is the aggressive and extreme measure we need take.

For the record I will still support the march and blue Tuesday and the fact the supporters clubs have finally come together is a positive step but I think the plans put forward are underwhelming and uninspiring.

I see what You are saying, but the blue is dying off again now, if we could get it going again with as close to 100% again, it would be a step in the right direction.

It would be nice if they could get Sky and BBC more involved and coverage on football focus or Sky Sports news would help.....

All I will say is for just a few weeks be patient and go with it and see what the next level is, if we are amicable and get the desired result then great, if it has to step up then so be it.

Yeah your right it does need to pick back up again and defiantly a positive step, but I don't think sky or BBC will pay that much attention unless we do something different

I'm not sure mate, reading the forum the last few weeks the more extreme techniques seem to be gathering more support.

But I think some of the supporters group leaders etc. Prefer a more diplomatic approach, not that I'm going to judge them because I know how hard it is to make decisions with high implications. End of the day we all want back to blue but we want the best for the club

I feel the same way as the OP,but its important we stick together and I understand the need for diplomacy for those supporters groups who have the ear of the club (right now).....so....for now....lets all stick together..... Have a good Christmas....and look forward to a Happy Blue Year :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf:
