Unbelievably sad news at any time of the year but just days before Christmas is horrific. I'm not keen to start playing the blame game in such circumstances but it has to be asked how a bin lorry goes out of control to such a degree. If it was an honest mistake or accident then you've got to feel for the driver but otherwise there should be accountability for this tragedy.
