He has more meat on his bones than Noone. And we play a midfielder every week who averages one successful tackle a game. So what's your point?

Sorry you don't know what you're talking about. Check his stats at any level and he rarely looses the ball, not in the tackle or via a bad pass.
Can't people get their heads round the fact that International opposition which Daelhi faces often are atronger, more skillful and better strategic players than bog standard Championship crap and he is often named MOM in games against such opposition plating as a winger.
As for those who claim he has no pace you're just jumping on the bandwagon there. You just need to check out some of his International appearances on you tube and you'll see he has pace by the bagfull. Check things out for yourself before making stupid comments.

He's not a winger or pacey! I don't think you have seen him play.

Yes, yes, with the ball at his feet he was the fastest at the club, but not running down pockets. and yes. And he even runs more than Le Fonder. He has 4 out of 9 MOTM playing winger at internationals..

No doubt about it he was a good player with ball at feet but pacey he is not.

In a ridgid 4-4-2 he wouldnt have been at his best, but in saying that he surely has to be a better option than Ralls or Kim out wide.

He has gone, so the argument is meaningless.
The facts are the facts, the attacking winger scored 1 goal in the best part of a year and 1 assist (i can recall) when playing inside. We made a slight profit.........

thing is people can run off stats on goals and assists from the last year and I think we will struggle to find anyone outstanding as most were in the prem where we struggled badly.
For sure he needed developing but i refuse to believe anyone honestly believes he shouldnt have had more oppotunities under slade.

The problem is Dr Tan Phd recruited in a firm 442 man, his man. We have a mixed up squad from 3 different managers. Players like Ravel,Daehli, Guerra, cala gone and in a 442 i don't think these players fit either.
Whitts (in the middle)
noone (not defensive enough)
Brayford (poor defender)
Fabio (even poorer defender)
Jones (not mobile enough)
Macheda (not good at anything)
means we have a lot of clearing to go, if Tan is letting his man run things.

And even then we get overrun in midfield lol.

if you've watched daehli play, how can you describe him as "a pacey winger that attacked defences"?
