Tan balancing the books

Tue Dec 23, 2014 2:07 pm

We always state that the Jacks are a club to be admired the way they balance the books etc.
Cant anyone see what Tan is doing at the moment?
He is getting the high earners off the books with Fabio probably out next.
Don't blame Slade for getting rid of Daehli etc as I was gutted myself.
Slade was brought in with a small pay packet for himself and told by Tan, this is what I want doing.
Just do I and I will pay you, that's your job.
Looks like he wants to strip our club off player assets before he sells up.
So would everyone now be happy that we are trying to balance the books as a football club?
I think our days as a big spending club is over.
Slade not to blame for this but maybe his plan a 4 4 2 is-opinions please?

You maybe right about Eikrem but at the time Daehli was signed people were saying he had an option to go back to Man Utd and a number of other clubs so he probably was on a big wage to get him here in the first place.

Andreas Cornelius signed for us when he was 20 didn't he?
And we all know what wages he was on....lol.
So nothing would surprise me.
