SLADE and MACHEDA

I was quite willing to give Slade a chance mainly because our hopeless squad of players were not brought in by him. However in Macheda, we have the worst of the lot currently being picked to play so I am no longer willing to give Slade the benefit of the doubt. Sack him now and bring in Pulis, maybe with Edinburgh to assist instead of Scott Young. Forget this season- this would at least give us some hope for the future. If we could attract another billionaire owner that would be nice too. But somehow I doubt it.

Never been a fan of Macheda's. The archetypal primadonna living off a smattering of good performances overwhelmed by below par ones. He clearly has the raw ability but hasn't progressed as a player and is way off in terms of attitude. Move on.

He may have poked in the odd goal this season but every performance has been woeful. He does not run, he does not jump, no closing down, poor touch and I have never seem him win anything in the air. I cannot see how he keeps getting games ahead of the club's top scorer who wins everything in the air!

He also gets a game but quality players like Guerra, Ravel & Daehli can't! Politics I suppose?

Both this post and one before sum macheda up, I personally thought he would get us goals especially at home without being a decent player. On this one, I didn't have a clue. Token gesture jumps runs, dire in every possible way. Will fall down the divisions and disappear. Lazy prima Donna. Bye bye
