The Tan bit is because Tan decided to sell Mat,not Slade.

i think brentford thought they had won the game after 35min, they took there foot off the gas, and made us look ok, they learnt from us doing that

Glad you only think they did? Because in reality we missed 3 easy chances and should have drawn game ! brentford had nothing really in second half! But guess they wasn't trying to score anymore goals?

I'm not a Tan follower but I wasn't a fan of Daehli either. Too lightweight, gave away too much possession, there was rarely an end product to passages of his play. Oh yes and he didn't win much in the air. To summarise he is not what we need. So goodbye and thanks for your efforts good luck in the Bundesliga or wherever.

May be in the minority, but I am not overly bothered about him leaving.

I get that you don't rate him. We all like different players but the way you describe him doesnt make sense at all. His ball retention is actually one of his best qualities. You say he'll loose the ball , no mate Gunnarson looses the ball, Morrison Sean and turner can't keep the ball etc etc. very little end product you say? What about le fondre and his 15 games and one goal now that's bad end product.
I agree he never won in the air. But then he is like 5ft. I don't expect him to win in the air. I do expect a big lad like Macheda to win in the air, he can't even be bothered to try.

So, you believe it was a good idea to sell Daehli?

The Championship was not for Daehli. He wasn't physical enough and did not develop anywhere near enough as he should have. I still think with the right formation and type of player around him he could have thrived but we didn't have either of those. I'm sure he'll flourish in another league in another country but it won't be here unfortunately. Personally, I would have played 4-5-1 and played him behind the front man. Every other option is a better solution at times like this mind!
