I don't think a change to blue can save us.

I think that even a change back to blue will not stop the rot from setting in.Our problem is with Tan himself and things will not improve till he leaves. A return to blue although welcome would not solve our problems. It may reunite us and give us the temporary feel good factor but this would not last as we drift well away from the promotion places with more dire performances.
Unfortunately we will now only be able to attract a manager of the same caliber as Slade. I would doubt that any manager with real ability would consider us whilst Tan remains in charge. By employing Slade we have set the bar low so it is no surprise we find ourselves in this predicament. We are indeed a club in free fall and for me,I have no desire to return even if Tan returned us to blue because the fundamental problem is with Tan himself. Perhaps when Tan decides to pack up the circus and leave then it may be safe to return. Staying away is difficult but it's better than watching the club being destroyed week by week. Tan out is the only answer.

Good point on manager, totally agree, who as a professional manager would want to risk their rep under Tan's regime?
Although i think you would find if he caved and went back to blue then he would leave shortly afterwards to save face. Unfortunately this man cares for neither the color, club, saving face, or anything of the like.
He will not change back hes having too much fun! The mans a cancer, he needs to be cut out.

Hopefully if the consortium can get the club from Tan then I may have the chance to return sooner than I thought. If there is a sale and we are returned to blue then I am sure there will be a stampede of returning fans that will make the Black Friday sales appear tame.

I think we are cooked whether Tan leaves or not. But especially if he leaves. But at least it will be over and done with. Which club will you support instead ?

Southern league, as we are only in the english league as an invite, the FA could turn around and say sorry we are not going to invite you in

Yes and I could be struck by lightning on my way to work tonight. Then again, we may get new owners, be playing back in blue and the club and fans might unite together as an unstoppable force whilst we march back up the league.

A lot of people on here think if Tan sells and some consortium or other takes over all the rain clouds will disappear and the rainbow will appear, all we need then is the pot of gold at the end of that rainbow. Or we can all be as happy as pigs in shit in some lower league. No gaurantee of the cavalry galloping in to save our club, who knows what a takeover would lead to?, will there be a mega rich person amongst them? will we all have to lower our aspirations for our club if there's not? I don't think a change back to blue will be enough to save us either. We have to be careful what we wish for, not all new owners do things to please the supporters.
