' Cardiff are way behind the B-teams '
Cardiff have a long way to go before they could hope to match Bournemouth and Brentford. They are words I never expected to say, but only six months or so since Cardiff were relegated from the Premier League it’s true.
The Cherries and the Bees are clubs on the up, while City have gone backwards. Russell Slade is trying to halt the slide and 17 points from 11 matches suggests he is making a little progress, but he must arrest the current slide.
City were second best in their last two matches and it’s been some time since they produced a convincing performance. Even at Watford, where they fought like tigers to earn their 1-0 victory, the home team dominated possession.
Slade cannot be blamed for the current situation, but he is charged with improving it. We have to start seeing evidence of that progress as we go into 2015.

Agree we lack the hunger and fight that Bournemouth and Brentford have showed throughout the season so far after them carrying on they succes after promotion.obviously with us coming down we needed a manager that could motivate the squad we had to prepare for a promotion push. Ole wasn't that and we fucked up by getting Slade in Pulis on the other hand would of been a great choice and very much doubt we be mid table now if tan saw sense and approached him.
Can't agree with Slade not being at fault he's way out of his depth and inherited a squad capable of at least a play off push.

It's amazing how far we have fallen. From league champions and premier league to a side not as good as Bournemouth and Brentford in a few seasons.
