He will constantly keep picking the same underperforming players and using the same tactics and formation which clearly aint working.
This for me is the reason slade needs to be sacked because he cant make the changes we are crying out for.

Exactly hes starting to sound like a broken record now but he aint changing the record he keeps on playing the exact same shit.
