Slade in or out?

Simple question do you want Slade sacked or stll remain in charge for the next game?

Would like to see what the majority think for me we appointed the wrong man from the start and is way out of his depth. Can't completly blame him for poor results the players got to take some of that but his tactics and subs are woefull.

So I vote NO

I completely agree think he's been lucky with results haven't seen one good performance under him and after today can't see that changing. Mid table has to be the best we can hope for under him, I would get rid get a replacement in before Jan and get some players in with some hunger & fight think we have the quality within the squad but ain't being used.

Agree not exited by the prospect of Slades calibre of signings by what he's shown to favour in our team already.

Not saying Slade is any good or not. .. but its not a managerial problem at City, it is way bigger from the bottom up, including the fans

Thing is Tan publicly stated that Slade was his man. Sacking Slade this early after his appointment would mean Tan would lose face and he would need to admit he was wrong. Can't see that happening.

We're unlucky as fans aren't we? Nearly every season under every manager, 'Jones has no plan b' ...... 'malky has no plan b' etc etc. This no plan b led to multiple playoffs, a playoff final, fa cup final, carling cup final, promotion and some decent results in a couple of premier league games. We lose a game and our manager is shit. For the record, performances haven't been good lately but the general football club is a shambles. The team would get booed off at 1-0 down even if we were battering the other side. Who the hell do our fans think we are? U all seem to have a voice when things are going tits up, how about just sing when we're losing like we do when we're winning?

Been given enough time, got a good enough squad. Out now and salvage the season.

Problem is that Charlton know exactly how we are going to play next weekend. Slade won't change anything because he only knows how to play lower league football. Guarantee it will be hit and hope long high diagonal ball like it is every week, and that we will spend most of the game desperately defending. Now and again we will snatch an unlikely win or draw, but adopting div 1 or 2 tactics at this level will mean more defeats than wins. He seems incapable of changing the way we play, and it's obviously not working.

I think Slade's a bit of a chancer to be honest. He's a journeyman lower league manager who was about to be sacked by League 1 strugglers Leyton Orient when his mate Roeder fooled Tan into believing he was the man to return us to the Premier League

Fair play he winged it for a few games but now the wheels have come off the players look totally lost and Championship managers are exposing him and his coaching staff for what they are.

Would love us to try and persuade him to join us but let's face it Tan doesn't want him and I very much doubt Pulis would want us at this present time too.
