' VOTE ' MOTM v Brentford (h)

Sat Dec 20, 2014 5:00 pm

Yet another bad result, should be getting a point at the very minimum from these games. Shocking.

Happy Christmas.

But who was your man of the match?

Don't forget, the player from each match with the most MOTM votes will go into a Player of the Month poll. The winner will be who gets the most POTM votes, and this forum will be presenting an award to the winner :ayatollah:

48 hours to vote so poll closes at 5pm on Monday :ayatollah: :bluescarf:

Maybe this poll is missing some names..... The Brentford squad.

If I had to vote I would give it to Noone simply because he scored. It doesn't matter how well you play if you don't fill the onion bag regularly.

We started this season with 5 strikers. Why haven't they turned up?

More seriously, where are the defenders!

I won't vote and I'm sure many others will be the same.

Manga for his ability to play the ball out of defence or Kenwynne for at least having a go at them.

Difficult one this as again nobody shone for us at all.
Manga probably shaded it for me just ahead of Kadeem.

So predictable that KH will get the votes as he's the newbie. The fact is he offered little once moved inside but that was in keeping with the rest of the rubbish served in front of us today.

Not really, he's been a breath of fresh air since last Saturday, we've had plenty of newbies who have been utter shit in the last 12 months

So what did KH really do today? I'm not saying he was bad and maybe he was motm, but the benchmark was appalling.

He wasn't outstanding but he's proving himself and made more of an effort than every other Cardiff player on the pitch today. That's why he's our man of the match in my opinion.

It seems bizarre to even have a motm based on today but I can understand why you would give it to KH. The competition was next to nothing and overall he did very little.

I agree. Another shocking performance to add to our long list of poor performances this year.

Jon, for you is it overpaid players without hunger or a manager out of his depth? Or both?

I think it's a bit of everything. The players do show hunger at times, the Bournemouth and Brentford games both showed that as the players never gave up, but we're just not consistent enough. The majority of our games this season have been games of two halves.

He at least tried to have a go, he set up our first goal, he put a great ball into the box but lazy c**t Macheda couldn't be arsed to stretch. He was by far our best player IMO. Not saying he was great because the rest were shite but he gave it a good go

Kenwyne Jones hahaha haha haha.

He was total shit in the last game. And the game before that. And that.

The way we were singing it was like we were bringing pele on.

Re: ' VOTE ' MOTM v Brentford (h)

With 24 hours to go it looks like a second successive MOTM performance for Kadeem Harris.

He is 12 votes clear of Bruno Manga and 14 clear of Kenwyne Jones - the two players who are unavailable next month for Cardiff City have ten and eight votes respectively.

A good start to December for Harris.

He ain't pulling up trees but let's be honest he looks like a work horse when compared to Macheda !!

Also, he is a striker who's main job is scoring goals which, quite simply, he is doing a damn sight better than any of our other strikers. Do the Maths and work out where we would be without his goals.

Even without his goals he makes things happen with his presence. LeFondre wouldn't have got his Watford tap in without Jones winning his challenge.
