Why is Daehli being ignored by Russel ?

I'm trying to understand why a Norwegian international with 11 appearances for his country , and still only 19 years of age are not good enough for a club like Cardiff City. I know the Championship is tough and more physical, but still , this boy know how to play football and are being totally ignored by your manager.

Clubs want to sign him so hopefully you'll get a good transfer fee for him , jut sad to see his talent is wasted and he's not even on the bench for an average club like Cardiff. Thats what you get with a manager not even trying to change formation and the style of play . You should try to build on the amazing young talents you got in your club , this kind of old fashioned thinking will lead you nowhere I'm afraid.

Slade done an ok job at least until recently.
However daehli needs to leave ASAP, for his own sake. Current management will ruin his promising career if he stays any longer.
He's only young, hope it doesn't mess with his confidence.

Yes I can see what you mean , Solskjaer had some interesting ideas but failed, Slade try to play the team as he knows best , but total lack of ideas , I think Slade was looking for stability and confidence from the players but when they're not able to perform at home something must be terribly wrong , it doesnt hurt to bring in the younger players . You just need a plan.

I know that Tan was unhappy about Solskjaers behavior after his exit but to punish the new players just because of that is difficult to believe. Tan is not that crazy, is he ?

It's too much of a coincidence how both of Ole's Spanish signings of Cala and Guerra didn't feature this season and every Norwegian Ole signed hasn't really featured this season, plus Burgstaller. Did Cala and Guerra have the same agent and did Daehli, Eikrem, Berget and Burgstaller have the same agent?

If that's true I can understand why he never managed a club in PL . No change of tactics , no ideas how to turn things around. Did he ever win a title as a manager?

Anyway good luck for the future, I'm a Spurs fan and remember we beat you 1-0 in May, also Daehli came in as a sub and did a good enough job at Premiership level.
