It's a ridiculous statement because if we go into liquidation a new club will form. AFC Wimbledon (a small town) now have planning permission for a new stadium and look likely to go up into league 1 this season.
My point being if a small town can do it why can't a Capital City? In fact I would say an AFC Cardiff would attract outside investment because massive profit could be made.

Good question that Wez.
I would say it would be down to how it is organized. I would be confident that CCS stadium would be the venue for the new born club. It will be fairly empty but its possible, look at Milton Keynes or if the supporters remain Glasgow Rangers. Totally depends on what business case is put forward.
