Could our players be tired ???

When Slade came he said they weren't fit so he trained them twice as hard with double sessions.

Then he picks the same team every week, despite having one of the biggest squads in the Championship, if not the biggest, he never gives them a week off.

I know they get paid enough and all that, but if you listen to top Managers and pundits, they say if you overplay them, some players will tire, especially young ones ?

I am not one for all out change Ole style but maybe the odd change from week to week ???

No they are just a bunch of overpaid big time charlie's who couldn't really give a shit.

I totally agree with you, need to get that balance right! Ole was ridiculous now nobody gets a rest

May well have a point. I think we are the most sluggish, slowest team that I have seen in the Championship this season. We don't seem to close teams down, run out of gas after 60 and are so slow going forward. The only ones to me that show a bit of fitness/ pace are Noone, Le Fondre & possibly Brayford.

Gunnar looks burnt out and needs a rest. Brayfords form is not as good as it was either.

No absolutely not. They are not or should not be tired. What we seem to be lacking is the right balance of players especially in the midfield, I believe they are a team, but not playing like a confident one. There is no captaincy on the field no leadership once the game is playing. I also believe we have missed Fabio Pilkington and Manga recently.

The players are feeding of the negativity, they can see its a car crash....

The fans don't care, why should they care ?

A third will be gone in January some for the better some for the worse. They make friends with people who are being treated poorly by the management, so they don't care above us, the customers don't care, why the fcuk should i bust a gut ?

I agree with the fact that they may need a rest especially likes of gunnar etc who played international games and straight back to the first team for every game since

Very interesting, & for what it's worth, I don't think your that far off from the truth of the matter.

Poor loves they must be exhausted.

For 30k a week i'd still be on the pitch running laps for 5 hours after the game... no excuses, they're professionals and that's their job! If someone was working an office, wasn't doing their work to a good standard, and went to the boss saying 'i'm tired', you think the boss would say don't worry if you're tired? They'd be sacked on the spot.
