Sun Dec 14, 2014 12:47 pm

I'm expecting it to be quiet to be honest, on the good points that is, only good thing he's done this season is hide like a coward as he know's he's destroying our club and we're letting him!

Tan still has his few band of followers who still believe his bullshit circus

Any good that he could possibly be claimed to have done is so massively overshadowed by the bad that it's an irrelevance to me. He has shown time and time again that he only cares about himself, he doesn't give a shit about our fans.

They're exactly who I'm asking this question, as if there honest with themselves he's full of it.

Rebrand aside I don't mind Tan to be honest. Sadly it's to big a thing to ignore.

Positives though.
Saved us from liquidation at the high Court at the very start.
Bank rolled promotion.
Bank rolled the biggest budget for a promoted team.
Rid the club of a racist manager
Charging no interest on loans (unlike others)

I'm unsure if building the new stand was a positive with all those red suits and not heard anything about the new training complex in a long while.

Problem I find with TanOut comments are who replaces him? Who will pay him back? Who would want to buy him out. We couldn't get anyone to cover the 2m when they wanted to wind us up in the championship so no one is going to want us now.

The club is a mess and that has to be down to Tan.

Good points :

We no longer have to worry about the tax man and other outside influences closing us down
We dont have transfer embargoes placed on us anymore
We have a big international/eufa standard ground
First chairman to back his manager with enough funds to reach the premier league
Made a huge transfer fund available when we got there and attracted world class players to the club
Honoured the price freeze promise from former owners
Has made cardiff citys name known worldwide
Has made a lot of big contributions to local charities through the club
Made the right decisions in hard circumstances regarding managers
Set up and bankrolled a very good academy setup
Working on a state of the art training complex which will be huge for the club as a whole
We no longer have to sell our best young players to survive season to season

The bad :

The rebrand
Apparent lack of respect for fans or anybody who opposes him
His football knowledge and decisions made with that are awful
He is poorly advised on football matters
Cant let an arguement lie and seems to take things too far which looks bad on the club

Thomas Blue's assessment is accurate. Anybody on this forum who cannot accept these points shouldn't really be on it.

If we didn't get relegated last year we would have a transfer embargo wouldn't we?.

Apart from the fact that most of the pro points are effectively the same ie he spent money, money which we owe him. It also fails to aknowledge the fact he has spent recklessly and has yet to turn any of the now huge debt into shares.
