We no longer have to worry about the tax man and other outside influences closing us down
We dont have transfer embargoes placed on us anymore
We have a big international/eufa standard ground
First chairman to back his manager with enough funds to reach the premier league
Made a huge transfer fund available when we got there and attracted world class players to the club
Honoured the price freeze promise from former owners
Has made cardiff citys name known worldwide
Has made a lot of big contributions to local charities through the club
Made the right decisions in hard circumstances regarding managers
Set up and bankrolled a very good academy setup
Working on a state of the art training complex which will be huge for the club as a whole
We no longer have to sell our best young players to survive season to season
The bad :
The rebrand
Apparent lack of respect for fans or anybody who opposes him
His football knowledge and decisions made with that are awful
He is poorly advised on football matters
Cant let an arguement lie and seems to take things too far which looks bad on the club
