Time for a break I think

Sun Dec 14, 2014 12:02 pm

After 39 years of following Cardiff im taking a break.
This just isnt my club anymore, and yesterdays debacle complete with a white kit, the appointment of Russell Slade, Tans lack of interest and total contempt for us fans has driven the final nail in the coffin for me.
Even the jacks in work dont even bother taking the p1ss anymore.
The guts have been ripped out of our club and I cant see it getting better anytime soon.
See you all when we are a Vincent Tan free club!

I feel the same mate, been 25 years for me and for the first time ever im falling out of love with the club. I will be renewing my season ticket though as its like a drug and i cant stop going yet.

Hopefully Tan will be gone soon though and the masses will come back in force when were back in blue. :bluescarf:

The crazy thing is the sheer amount of fans that don't go anymore.

I was going down to premier games on my own. Where as in years go by a group of at least 20 would go.
We were getting 25,000 when many many had stopped going.
Tan has killed a potentially big club.

f**k off Tan :bluescarf:

When Tan does eventually leave we will be averaging at least 30,000 if all these fans return!

The thing is it is not a funny matter when loyal fans who have followed the club a lot longer than Tan are being driven away by the regime.

I have followed City since 1968 and this is a nightmare at the moment. I have spoken to fans who have said exactly the same. Everyone seems to be loosing the passion to go and watch City. You can only take so much. Let's be honest , is this the same football club?

It is a shame that it is allowed to happen. No one seems to want to stand up to the enforced changes that are taking place.

No your right mate, just trying to lighten the mood a little. I still maintain that out championship winning year and prem papered over the cracks. Was always going to happen the second the football side of things took a dive. All comes tumbling down then.

It's very sad but it's a period and it will all come to a head at some point.
