We need an outside the box thinking manager to sort this shit out.
It's more than he's a good player he's not a good player, it's chemistry the right blend, the right mindset
the right mentality and discipline.
Malky or Pulis are the men to sort this out

Would rather keep Slade than have Malky near this club.

maybe he wont be coming back, but his discipline was spot on he structured this club really well in terms of the right mentality
and the right blend of players.
OGS has just had a pick n mix and thrown a bunch of random players in without any thought and it's destroyed every foundation we structured over 2 years

The problem with Slade is he's a yes man and talks the talk but based on his ability, he's woeful at best.
Seriously there's so much deadwood at the club and I firmly believe most of the team are sick to death of Tan that they simply cannot be arsed anymore.
No spirit no fight ... Slade is here to manage and get these overpaid tossers firing, unfortunately most of the team don't care for the badge and play as if the games a joke to them, shambolic.
