Managers playing against Slade know exactly what they are going to get. There is no Plan B.

I've not written Slade off at all Wez. I believe he has done enough to be allowed to get his own players in.

What I am saying is that I believe Pullis would have been a better choice to get us up and I say that as he has the record where Slade does not.
