Maybe investment should be in an experienced, proven manager. Slade is starting to look clueless at times. Great substitution today but was the team set up right in the first place?

I'm not one of those who has insisted that we are going to walk the league but we do have quality players. They need to play in a balanced team with mates who know what comes next. At the moment it lacks cohesion and direction.

Fitness is still an issue for some. They should be professional enough to sharpen themselves up!

I tend to agree, I think more players will leave our club than arrive, & with the current size of our squad that's not a bad thing.
However, it who we bring in, that will be a clue to our future intentions.

A lot of people are expecting January to be our saving grace. I think it's going to be just one more month of hard slog in the Championship!

Not that great a substitution or at least Slades idea of making it can't have been that great because my and hundreds of others called it well before Slade did.

Slade's gotta go. We DO have the players, you know who they are BUT Slade wants to show them he is boss..of quicksand.

Simply we haven't got one, I can't remember when we last really played well even when winning, I missed the Forest and Ipswich games due to holidays so not counted these, great result against Watford where we battled and played like a team, but apart from that we have been very poor and can't see anything but a Mid Table finish. We have gone back by about 10 years,

Dave Jones was rightly criticised for not having a Plan B.

Won't make any difference as VT, Scott Young and Slade are not on the list!

We lack pace and we lack effort. This isn't something the exiled players would address.

Slade needs to be given a transfer window to address this as he's currently having to make do with Ole's scattergun approach to signings which contains some very talented players but don't address the shortcomings of the team.

I totally agree we got the best squad of individuals but they just can't play together
