I feel sorry for Slade

There's something not right with the team management structure and I think the supporters need someone to come out and tell it as it is after they leave the club so Tan can't do anything to them.

Anyway the reason I say I feel sorry for Slade is try and put yourself in his position for a moment. You are managing Leyton Orient and results aren't going your way and then the owner gives you a week to sort it out. Then at the same time of this warning you have a bigger club come calling, however 'if' rumours are true through the bigger club offer comes with restrictions which very from not having your own back room staff to the chairman 'commenting' on the starting lineup. So what would you do ? Would you chance it that results would change with Leyton Orient or stay in work and take the job with restrictions ?

Now whilst I agree that rumours may or may not be 100% truthful it's just so odd and too much of a coincidence that the previous two mangers are now locked into an agreement of keeping their mouth shut and now the new manager is choosing a starting lineup which many of you find bizarre

Excatly so he was always going to be Tans scapegoat but if anyone had a choice of a weeks work or work elsewhere with restrictions but with a better contract. It's a no brainer no matter what line of work you are in

They've all played higher league football their whole careers to them Slade is a league one comedian, he's not the right man for us in addition the team is fucked.

He would have known his hands were tied before he came here, so in my eyes deserves no sympathy. That makes him no different to a player who is happy to sit in the reserves collecting their huge salary and not being prepared to fight for their place.
