Harder to get out than get in team

Has it occurred to anyone that it is harder for players to be dropped than selected. Thus leaving no incentive or passion as they know that barring injury they will be in for the next game regardless. This may possibly be proved next against Brentford when we will see if Kadeem Harris is chosen, as he apparently had an excellent game when brought on as a sub.

opposing managers dont have to think for long, they know we are a rigid 4-4-2 so they play 5 across midfield.

Most players know they will start unless they get injured especially if they are defensive.
