Shouted down by my own...

Sat Dec 13, 2014 5:47 pm

Fans!!! Tried my best today to get things going but shouted down by my own fans. For what? Having a go because they didn't share my passion? Ok I get that, and I apologise to anybody who I offended for not getting behind our team, we are all different.

What was apparent was when I moved for second Half people around me welcomed getting behind team.

We simply weren't good enough today, and Bournemouth were what I expected well drilled and organised.

Really sad day today being told to shut the f up because I wanted to support my team.

Not the city I know, maybe people are right, the love has gone....

Sorry I couldn't have the same reaction as Watford. The fans by you were more welcoming than the fans and our fans on the right side. Today Hurt me, not result but way our fans reacted to me. Maybe I can join the others ...

Mate as I have commented in many if your other posts I had the same we will have to meet up at an away game as all I try to do is get it going and I got told numerous times to shut the fk up and then I started to sing I'll sing in my own and some lad said your a fking wanker go sing on your own no need for it absolutely dreadful in my opinion I stayed at the very back and out my flag on the back wall and the only bloody thing we could get going was by banging on the wall Dr cede city!

Interesting you start a thread on this - Was you the guy standing on the chair about eightbrows back calling everyone cunts and f*cking wankers around you for not supporting our team ?

Maybe next time take a look around you and know your audience - not everyone is a singer but that does not mean they support the team any less than you!

No mention of you wanting to kick off with the two that squared up to you on separate occasions - not surprised because you were pissing a lot of fans off

Maybe I got the wrong person then apologise but if not post full facts not half a story - Just an outsiders opinion looking in on a situation not to far away from me

Oh and I am all for singing by the way but appreciate others aren't !

From what I was told after it was happening throughout the stands, it's not good. I never use the C word and I was more middle than towards the back so I think you have the wrong person.

You won't get no bullshit with me, and if I am in the wrong I will always apologise which I did in my original post. Your totally correct that not all people are the same and at the moment frustrations are running high especially with a bloody white kit.

100% I was out of order yesterday and let the Stella and emotions get the best of me. So apologies to anybody I offended calling them pricks for not getting behind the boys.

I was challenged yesterday and told to shut the f##k up, probably didn't deal with that in the best way either. Idiot I was so once again I do apologise and am embarrassed.

Maybe I should change my opinion on walking away because going to the football should be a good experience whatever the result but it's just not anymore.

There's always two sides to a story & now it's coming out.
By your own admission you were stella'd up & calling people pricks. I have seen similar things down the City for 40+ years & it can be very annoying. Not everybody wants to sing songs, some just like supporting & cheering etc.
I, personally, like a good sing in the right company but you sounded a bit obnoxious to be honest. Saying that I admire your passion & wanting to try & increase the atmosphere.

I couldn't disagree with what you said, sometimes you got to just hold your hands up. Canton this season and last, used to be bob bank by away fans but moved.
