The club are damned if they do damned if they don't! 90% of supporters I have spoken to have said what a great deal for the Brentford game for season ticket holders who want to bring family and friends to the game at this time of year, also reaching out to past season tickets holders to try and fill the stadium, yet there are supporters who are slagging the club off for trying to do something positive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

These deals are being put together by club staff who care about the cluband have worked there for years. Like us they want to see the stadium full bouncing and are trying to do something about it. This has nothing to do with Tan he is never in the country and it appears all he wants to do is get the club back in the premier league and sell it whether the ground is empty or not.


The football isn't great I know but since slade has taken over he is averaging two points a game which is promotion form despite having a squad short of pace and energy. The players are giving it a go but know when they play against teams like watford, Rotherham, Bournemouth, Brentford who have young energetic teams with pace we have to batten the hatches down and nick a goal if we can.

The players were not prepared for the rigours of the championship and some of the players bought are not suited for this division, we all know a mixture of experience hard working players mixed with young pacey ambitious lower league players with potential and plenty of desire get you out of this division, and so does Slade.

The press built us up at favourites not the fans or the punters pre-season; they look at star names and money spent and assumed we would walk it how many times did that happen with Dave Jones!

negativity breeds Negativity its not pretty and its not good at the moment but for god sake give the team a chance they are trying and not far off the top. Also give the people down the club who care enough to try and make a difference by coming up with ideas to fill the stadium you are whinging about and get behind the team and support them. Tan is nowhere to be seen and I am doubtful we will see him at all this season.

This is one of the saddest comments I've ever read about a cardiff team in the championship. So we are ok unless the opposition have energy? I thought we had the best squad in the division? And to top it all some on here think vince was being positive

I'm all for being positive and like to feel my posts are more reflective of footballing topics. One point from your post though Vince about the energy and fitness, I said a long time ago that Slade was wrong to criticise the squads fitness under Ole and I still stand by that. Ole played at Man Utd when they were wiping the floor with teams in the second half of games, winning loads in the final minutes, so he will know how to get and keep players fit. Slade said he would whip the squad into shape. If that's the case how come we have to cower down when teams have 'more energy'. If that was really the case he's had more than enough time and competitive games for our players to have reached peak fitness by now.

If we're all to remain positive, how about a modicum of that same positivity from the manager and our players. Just to make Saturdays a little more entertaining!

I like the positivity from Vince, but I am with Nukes 100%.

Some major flaws in some of these points, if Tan is nowhere to be see, doesn't care and only wants to sell up asap why doesn't he change the kit back to blue? It's the only way the atmosphere will become positive again and have a chance of promotion and getting his cash back. Sounds like he doesn't plan to come back as he knows he is deeply unpopular due to his lack of respect for tradition.
Tan is only half to blame mind for the stadium atmosphere, he wasn't responsible for what nukes talks about above, the club staff were. Bouncing??

I had to miss the Reading game, but couldn't find anyone who wanted a free ticket. If this is anything to go by, we will struggle to attract occasional supporters never mind increase our fan base

Unfortunately it looks as if the club are loosing many fans weekly particularly with the dire football on top of the rebrand. Unless there is a sudden change of direction I think the club will loose a lot of ST holders next season and the crowds will be low.
