Is Scott Young a problem?

Fri Dec 12, 2014 9:35 pm

I do worry how much control he has in footballing affairs.

Welsh league Coach at best really quite a negative energy to have around a top championship club in my opinion.

I just feel he's a bit too much and it probably pisses alot of players off, theirs a fair bit of ego in this squad also experienced and talented lads in our team who will take one look at him, and be like who the fu** are you mate?

I just feel its a big negative it doesn't get a response and we need someone who has some kind of achievement to inspire our players, they need to believe our coaching set up is the real deal, also it forms a mentality.
They need role models and someone with recognition above what they've achieved until that happens, unfortunately he (Slade) is going to struggle to get the best from this squad

Is Tan trying to copy the Alan Curtis role at the Jacks? If so I would be worried as Curtis seems to be more of a players' coach who they trust and respect.

Young has already shown the willingness to mock players in public, hardly a man to trust or go to with a problem.

I cringe every time I see an interview of his, and embarrassed at the thought of the rest of the footballing world having to listen to this dope head neandephal, he's thick as shit and that accent dare I say more ... Reminds me of the kinder c**t you'd find at the rugby.

definetly a negative energy and will need to be moved on.
