" UPDATED FRIDAY 12th DECEMBER 2014 "

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer brakes silence and make his first public aperance since he left Cardiff in September after a bad start in the championship. Leaving the club 8 points from the top spot in the table. Solskjaer will be guest at Sky sports Studio Sunday when Man Utd face Liverpool for Premier league battle.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaers said through his advisor that he will talk about his brake with Cardiff once he have reached a settlement with the club. Legal bindings prevent him from making a public statement at this time.

Vincent Tan expressed his disapointment with Solskjaers " difference in philosophy" statement. Tan responded, different philosophy? What philosophy? Is there an own philosophy for managers? We both want to win games and stay in the Premier league, and now we want to go back up. What is the difference in that? Asked Tan. Tan also said Solskjaer should of left the club in silence and be great full for the opportunity. Solskjaer made no comment to the interview. It is expected that Solskjaer will talk about his playing career when he guest his old friend Gary Neville on sky Sunday.

After Ole left the club, Vincent Tan has not reached a settlement with him. The word on the street is that after the Middlesbrough loss Tan called a meting demanding certain players to be used, as they cost the club money and how the team should set up. Call it consistancy if you want. Ole had clauses in his contract leaving him in full control of team matters, and chose to leave the club. Those clauses also cover settlement of the rolling contract with Ole and some of his staff.
( differences in philosophy)

Tan refuse to pay the settlement as he once again suspect foul play by agents. This time it's agent Jim Solbakken who have been under criticism for sitting at both sides of the table under negotiations of transfers. The Norwegian football association have looked into transfers regarding the agent and cleared him on national transfers. Although he was cleared national, only FIFA have any jurisdiction over international transfers, and as we speak FIFA is now looking into the matter after getting a complaint. All documents from the agent and the football association have been transferred to FIFA for investigation.

These investigations include 4 Cardiff City players. Mats Daehli, Guido Burgstaller, Magnus Eikrem and Jo Inge Berget. Immediate after the complaint was sent, Burgstaller, Eikrem and Daehli was sidelined from the team, and didn't figure in match day squads or development sides. After a visit from the agent Daehli is now a part of the set up, Burgstaller have also taken steps of involvement in recent weeks. It is also said that the club didn't speak to any of the players regarding their future or reasons for being left out the first 3/4 weeks of these proceedings. The club has publicly stated that they wish to offload 3 of the players, but they are very much a part of investigation of the agent, settlements and any outcome of these proceedings.

' UPDATED '

The president of the Norwegian football association was also accused of receiving money under the table from one of the same sources that claims Solbakken is guilty of wrong doings. He was today cleared of any charges. Several club officials have been accused, and the most notable one leading to the investigation of Solbakken is the transfer of Mame Diuf and Lindegard to Man Utd. Both the agent and the football association welcomes FIFA clearing any accusations of wrong doings. Solbakken have previously received a fine of 6k for being unclear in his role at negotiations.

Bennet was involved with drawing up the contract between Solskjaer and the club when he signed. He is now involved again because there have been breaches in the contract.

Daehli has been advised to leave the club in January by the National team coaching staff and advisors to further his development and protect his career if he can't get first team football. The club has said they will only consider a substantial fee if to accept him leaving. No mention of what the figure might be from the club, but several figures float of what Cardiff City payed for him. Several clubs made enquiries in the summer, but it's not known if there are any offers available at this point.

Sounds interesting but the bottom paragraph doesn't add up, one minuet the players are sidelined and after having a meeting with tea and biscuits they are all buttys again ?

Re: ' The Agents/Foul play? ' at CCFC?

I doubt the agents will be guilty of any wrong doing within the rules that football lives by, however it seems to me that VT as an outsider is questioning these practices. The same Agent dealing on behalf of the player and the club brokering the deal seems very odd, it's like having the same lawyer acting on behalf of the vendor and buyer in a property deal!

Yet that was exactly what happened. Daehli gets straight back in the match day squad, Eikrem finally gets told he can leave the club. Guido gets told he is not in the mangers plans, but is looking closer to playing football the last weeks. Maybe they where magic biscuits? Illegal ones :laughing6:

Why is Dave Jones talking to Tan like buddies when at one time DJ was going to take him to court. Why is Sam the life president when Tan said there were no plans to have him back.

Whatever it is about Daehli it most likely suits Tan

Interesting read, the war on agents was always going to cause frictions for the players that came in. No blame once again afforded to Tan's people who sign-off transfers at the club.

Interesting indeed. When Tan was doing his first interview after Ole left, I remember I was taken aback by his wording. Clearly he was annoyed by Ole“s reference to "differences in philosophy" since - as he said - this would make people believe he was interfering in team selection. At that time, a very strange comment, as I could not recall anyone had been suggesting this to be the case. Like a guilty child saying "hi, I did not steel any ice cream" before being accused at all. To me, this report fits well into the picture.

That does not make any sense to me. If so, that would really make Ole nothing but a quitter. Losing two matches at home is seldom enough to cause an ambitious manager to leave his post. Before those horrible one and a half games, the results had been decent up until then, and the players were still behind him.

It would help Annis if there was less crap and truth stretching by people on here! Then maybe people will see the real truth come out?

What is the real truth then Allan? Its difficult to get hold of your posts as they don't hold any questions or real argument against.
Please share.I have lots of questions if you are one of them that hold the truth and the people behind these articles and statements are reporting and saying false claims. But like i said, i have difficulties understanding your posts, so be concrete mate.
Its been fun knowing this for a while though, reading your posts :thumbright:

You have re ashed this topic which was discussed little while ago, if you were a long term poster you would know that people on here say the truth will come out! (Hence my reference here to crap and truth stretching) but up to now we are Still waiting for the truth on 99% of accusations against club and tan!

You butty Bach are just anti ccfc all your posts follow same agenda!

Ok then... A statement from FIFA is expected next week. So that should get things going one or the other way :thumbright:
