FC United of Manchester

If you have lost faith in football within the UK then spare a thought for the people who founded FC United back in 2005, a reaction from the a few thousand Man Utd fans over their new owners putting their club in the Red, no pun intended.

I've picked up on this from the off and knew about the Germans league set up and Barcelona's too, needless to say it was something I was keen to support and bought a season ticket although never actually going to a game, living in Cardiff of course.

Since then I moved to the North West and have been to several matches since then, the current situation with our club is leaving me increasingly disillusioned and leanning ever more dependently on FC United to give me a reason to Love football again.

What am I banging on about? Well, it's a club 100% founded, funded and ran by its fans. The club welcome you to pay what you think you see fit for a season ticket which inevitably has led to countless fans paying league football prices for a season tickets out of passion than necessity. I've met people who follow this club from Newcastle to the south coast, all who like myself have no local pride as a reason to support but a love of the game and a footballing moral compass that points to Bury (current stadium).

The club is in the middle of building their new stadium in Manchester and have also nearly reached their target 2 million from fans buying into the club but Importantly all becoming even owners. I could bang on all day about how right this is and how polar opposite it is to Cardiff City FC, which makes our situation SO WRONG.

I really hope FC United do eventually climb into the football league and further as it can only do good for football and show that people power can change the game.

8th with a game in hand to get them to 5th. Maybe they can finally get out of that league and push on. If not then at least their future is secure aye.

People have forgotten what football is about. Supporting your local team and enjoying the football.

I now see us as more of a business than my local team. That's all tan and his defenders care about. Scared that we may go down a few leagues if he leaves. I don't give a shit. Who honestlt is enjoying going to watch us now?.

It is pathetic how much people would rather a bit of glamour in the top leagues over the history of the club. Shit scared to tell tan to go away.

My cousins from wolverhampton who I spoke with for the first time in over a year laughed when I mentioned us. That tells you everything. We are run like a circus and with a fan base that allowed a little Asian man to destroy over a centuries worth of history.

If we weren't Cardiff City I'd hate us. We are everything wrong about modern day football.

Tan go away.
