Just an idea to make it fun and give a gauranteed minnow a shot at the big boys.
Basically as a bonus for winning a championship or the f.a cup
the winners get the lowest ranked team in third round.
on contrast to merit making the third round the lowest ranked side gets the reward.
to honour tradition of the f.a cup
I think it woukd guarantee an exciting 3rd round everytime, everyone loves a david v goliath cup tie
