Birmingham have dismissed claims they could be hit with a transfer embargo next month.

Reports over the weekend suggested the Sky Bet Championship club would breach financial fair play rules because of anticipated losses.

Under current regulations clubs must lose no more than between £5m-£8million in a single tax year.

But Blues have rejected any speculation they will be slapped with any sanctions next month.

The last 2-3 years there was been a lot of so called corruption associated with Birmingham in the Far East.
