time to wake up to the fact our players are not good enough and don't give a shit
our starting 11 on Saturday are all millionaires and don't NEED to go to work ever again (unlike footballers in the past )
marshall brayford turner noone whitts gunnerson jones le fondre Morrison would probably start in 75% of fans teams
Connelly would also be in most others teams
I bet the Rotherham players don't earn half what ours do (and that is the main problem imo)
our players are in a comfort zone and it shows
those signed by ole got him sacked due to not adapting to form a team with players ole inherited, and those inherited were not good enough and didn't put a shift in when needed.
now slades got the same players to work with and nothing really has changed, except some how results have been better even though performances have not , imo luck has played a big part
imo for what its worth we have to get rid of the lot and some how start again with players who want to play for Cardiff city ,players who need to play to earn there wages to give them selves a good standard of living ,who need to play to better themselves and earn more ,players who want to play to earn the fans respect and become legends
we now need to instill stability and structure to our club, first and formost we need to support the MANAGER and we must keep on at tan to restore our colours and badge .
I whole heartedly believe if we got our colours and badge back it would be the beginning of a new era and us fans could put up with a couple of years of re building .
sorry to say but with the bunch of money making players we got we have to wake up to the fact that it makes no difference who the manager is they will not consistantly perform to the standards we as fans expect .

If you read Harry Redknapps book what he says is right at the end of the day whether people like it or not. Basically he says that as football is the job of manager, his staff and the players none of them have any real feelings towards a certain club these days as there's too much money in the game.
