Yes while I totally agree that those games were superbly supported by our fans, and I clearly remember being at them, we also seem to forget when we as fans had crap days doing our supporting as well.

I will always remember the atmosphere (or total lack) in the home game following the Leeds FA Cup triumph at Ninian Park, when I could have phoned home from the bob bank and still been able to hear the call as clear as day. There were many others in those eras as well, even if they were rarer than modern times.

That being said, we all know we have the ability to get back to the super support of the past, but we all know that a few other changes outside our control also need to be made by you know who to get us all going again.

I will always support the team through thick and thin, home and away, but even I found it hard to really get excited last Saturday.

Roll on next Saturday when hopefully the team will play their part as well.
