Mr Tan do us customers get value for money?

Sun Dec 07, 2014 9:15 am

I cannot forgive the rebrand and how its ripped us apart bit by bit day by day.

But, even that aside do us customers to the Tan empire get value for money?

Dire and I mean dire football (at least in Div 3 & 4 we had soul to cope with it)
No atmosphere at all
Dear season tickets
Season tixs that cost more than match day tixs (great customer loyalty there)

Cheers Tan

Haha I think we should all write a letter to him asking for our money back under the Sales of Good act. I mean that is what customers are allowed to do.

I think next season is going to be a massive shock, record low attendance in the ccs.

I honestly think that Tan genuinely does not give a flying f**k what his "customers" think.

for those that see themselves as customers going out for entertainment, no of course they don't get value for money. there are much better ways to get entertained for better value. why not go and see swansea city in the PL?

for the real fans, they just will feel they aren't enjoying their match day as much as if the team were playing well.

The post was a piss take at Tan who thinks we are his customers. Its not just how we play though is it? Its all the underlying problems too.

yes, but he's not alone treating fans like customers. its endemic in english football nowadays. unfortunately the only way you can get change is by boycotting games.

Cant argue with that point but how many owners have gone as far as ripping up tradition with no emotional consideration whatsoever for us fans?

You can't argue with any of the above, the match day experience at the CCS is little more than pathetic.

Like Annis said in an earlier post, even the most passionate & loyal of City fans are having their support put to the test.

People Will vote with there feet, & all this will have serious repercussions for our club in years to come, not that the higher echelons at our club will worry to much about that! :angry4: :angry4: :angry4:

Those who care will still be there! ;)

That's the problem with genuine fans; they love their club and support it through thick and thin regardless of some loss of form or some temporary owner! :ayatollah:
