great to see over 20,000 there today

The good news is our stadium is getting bigger every week.... 20K there today with 20K empty seats

Same conversation different week, a lot blame the rebrand and it has had a big effect but my personal opinion is we like a lot of clubs have fickle fans. No more prem, not top of championship equals massive drop in attendance. Not unique.

I actually find it embarrassing when they keep announcing there is 20,000 there when everyone knows it's 15-16k.If this football carries on then they won't be able to cover it up anymore as the crowds will be as low as 12-13k in my opinion.Everyone I talk to have had enough of city,they are leaving in their droves!!

Will never drop to that, people will say that then you will see them next week.

I sat in 3 different seats today, so perhaps that confused the bloke counting !

also its christmas!!! all clubs lose fans this time year but at end day we do have 18k ST holders dont we??? rightly or wrongly they are counted!

Like the good old days yesterday. Small crowd, shit football but full of die hards. All we need now is a spot to piss up against a wall.

I don't think it's so much that we're not top of the championship, I think it's more the fact that we're constantly served up the dross that we saw yesterday with little fight & passion.
It's a results game but you do need a little bit of entertainment.

I think they meant there were 20k in the Leckwith vicinity, I reckon there were exactly 14, 678 at the match yesterday. Oh and thst includes, Ali, the Stewards and the rest of the club staff!

At the Wales v Cyprus game the official attendance was given as 21k. No reason to doubt that figure, give or take a few no-shows. It's a good yardstick to measure our attendances with.

Irony is, BITD, the City used to publish ridiculously low crowds, when everpybody knew that there were a few thousand more in the ground.

Very true with regards Wales game and I have made the point about the total reverse with regards crowds. Were a city of moaners!!
