Well a lot of people in our world of football were singing our praises before the season started and were tipping us for promotion and a rush of goals from our fine selection of strikers, teams like the 4 above would've been lambs to the slaughter judging by the opinions of those experts. We may still gain promotion but if we did would we be the most boring team to have ever achieved that?

Many Premier League teams have been boring but effective, Chelsea pushed Man City last season without any decent Strikers

no game is easy but tbh saw game online and we were totally lacking in energy and ideas, rotherham could and maybe should have won but like you say we're hard to beat so lets hope it stays that way next 4 games!

We will pick up a decent amount of points because as ugly as it is, it's what we do. We also raise our Game to the opposition like last week, it's a shame we to this but its a fact.

yes not sure if he is good, or the players just not right type for him to work with? sorry but dont blame slade for today's performance as he would not ask team to play like they did after putting on totally different performance last week! especially as we won previous 5 home games not even he can be that stupid, can he??? :o

i know should be able to manage all -players if good enough but its their application i refer to :?

He's done a good job, people expect miracles. What I will say is he has a massive squad with different types of players so am not sure that's the case. Last 4 games 2 wins 2 draws 3 clean sheets, dire!!

my point really is all managers have style of play slade hasnt got one player he chose so how many are his type of player??
no good having talented players if they dont fit into his way of playing? :o he is doing well considering what went on before him! :thumbright:
