Why didn't he change it?

Jones didn't want to know and when their defenders won the ball our 442 was against their 451 and they ALWAYS won the second ball As Connolly is a good defender away at home we needed to attack down the flanks. When he had possession he kept it until Kimbo was marked tight. So Fabio should have replaced Connolly and Jones should have been replaced by either Morrison or Daelhi. He changed it with 6 minutes left. Bloody hell. We could have been equal 6th position tonight on goal difference. Now we have to play away at Bournemouth next.
Sadly no flair and no passion. They say our stadium is like a library but how can you be possibly up for it when they play like that? Why not go for it from the start and get the opposition on the back foot?

Totally agree with you. Our build up play is so slow it's easy to defend against. Put ravel on with 6 mins to go was shocking, should have made changes on the hour mark. I could have played today and hidden with occasionally making a short pass or two!

What do you mean?

Ravel was given at least 7 minutes to win the game!

He can. He's just to scared too. We needed Morrison on with at least 30 minutes to play - just in the hole.

Connolly behind Kim is never going to work, Kim doesn't have pace to get passed his man, so any attacking threat will need to come from the full back. Fabio should have started ahead of Connolly or Kim should have been wide left with Brayford attacking behind him. Noone is direct and doesn't rely on a full backs overlaps to beat his man

Jones should have been taken off at half time, I'm a fan of his but today he was shocking. Half time I would have swapped him for Ravel.

Giving Ravel 5 mins at the end of the game is a waste of time and changing a full back to try and help get a goal when you have Dhaeli on the bench is a poor choice IMO.

At home against Rotherham we should never be set up like the away side, very negative tactics and subs made too late, unsure on Slade although he's been an improvement on Ole so far

I think we could spend hours disecting that team and subs. Reality it's a rigid 4-4-2 and we don't have the players to do what slade wants. Come the end of Jan we will. Thankfully I think we will still stay up.
