99% of City fans were wary of his appointment and many still are including myself.

I think Slade has got a hell of a mountain to climb to win over the fans.

The fans will give him their support but don't take that as a vote of confidence in him. He will need to get promotion to get that. Harsh some will say but that is the way it is.

A few results aren't going to change my opinion of him. I don't like him or the way he manages the team and players. I think overall we will go backwards under him, I'm dreading January.

I don't want him sacked but his football doesn't inspire me and I want to be entertained not bored. His decision making and tactics are really suspect and I'm still concerned he's already given up on some really decent players.

he's got on average 2 points per game, from taking over a team that was depleted of confidence. what more do you expect? 2 points per game is promotion winning form.

his biggest crime is that he isn't a big name and was vincent tans appointment, so many 'fans' were hoping he'd fail big time.
