Love a good fry up in an old fashioned café, Nancy's transport in Ystrad Mynach always does a good one and the albion café in Cillfynedd used to be good. Smilers Van in Tir-y-berth does a cracking breakfast roll, anybody know for any other good places for a good old fashioned healthy fry up.

If I go for one itll be the albion. The large breakfast doesn't touch the sides though.
They need more tables in there. Always have to cram 8 people around a 4 seater table.
